• By placing a qualifying order during the Promotional Period, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. Promotional Period

The promotion opens at 00:01 GMT on 1 November 2026 and closes at 23:59 GMT on 30 November 2026 ("Promotional Period"). Orders placed outside this window will not be entered.

4. How to Enter

• Entrants are automatically entered into the prize draw upon completing a qualifying purchase on www.sussexseamstress.com during the Promotional Period.

• Qualifying purchases are: paper sewing patterns, pdf sewing patterns, sewing pattern kits. Free pdf patterns are not qualifying purchases.

• Entry is limited to one entry per person.

• Cancelled or fully refunded orders will void the associated entry.

5. The Prize

• There is one (1) prize: a Gütermann creativ Cotton Box containing 48 reels of Cotton Thread.

• The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and no cash or credit alternatives will be offered.

• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be chosen at random by a computer process from all valid qualifying purchases within 5 days of the closing date.

7. Winner Notification and Claim

• The winner will be notified by email (using the email address provided at checkout) within 5 working days of the draw date.

• The winner must respond to confirm their UK delivery address within 14 days of initial notification.

• If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 14 days, or fails to meet the eligibility requirements, the prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter reserves the right to draw an alternative winner.

8. Prize Delivery

The prize will be sent to the winner’s confirmed UK address within 7 days of claim confirmation, free of charge.
