Established in 2020, Sussex Seamstress was formed to create easy to sew, practical and wearable clothes in an accessible range of sizing.
And by creating tutorial videos with every pattern we also aimed to provide the best possible advice and instruction to both beginners and more experienced sewers alike.

Wide Range Of Sizing
We aim to make our patterns accessible to a wide range of body shapes and sizes, most patterns are available in sizes 8-30 (UK Sizing), with some also offering a size 6.
Good Quality Pattern Paper & Project Envelope
Patterns are printed on sturdy A0/A1 paper which is less prone to tearing than tissue-like paper, and is more durable over time. Paper patterns also come in a resealable string and washer envelope for safe storage.
Tutorial Videos With Every Pattern
All patterns come with a full step-by-step video tutorial. Tutorials contain timestamped chapters so that you can easily skip to the exact part of the video you need. All tutorial videos are freely available on our YouTube channel and can also be found on the product page of each pattern.
